主要研究领域:

采用多组学技术手段(基因组学、转录组学、代谢组学、培养组学等)重点开展以下领域的研究:

1. 环境中抗生素耐药性的产生与传播机制;

2. 环境微生物资源发掘及其代谢功能解析;

3. 微生物在降解污染物及修复污染环境过程中的作用机制。

 

教学课程:

《组学》,该课程主要包括基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学内容。
