以甲壳纲枝角类动物水溞作为研究对象,运用比较基因组学、群体遗传学等方法,研究溞类的环境适应性演化和入侵机制,主要研究内容及兴趣包括:
A) 水溞对低氧、高盐、强紫外等极端环境的适应机制
B)原型性染色体在水溞中的形成和演化
C)水溞专性孤雌生殖的形成机制以及对其入侵的影响
D)水溞的表型可塑性
E)水溞与其体内微生物的互作
F)水溞休眠卵的产生和复苏机制

Research Areas: Focusing on the crustacean Daphnia, I use comparative genomics and population genetics to study the environmental adaptation and invasion mechanisms of Daphnia.
My main research interests include:
A) Adaptation mechanisms of Daphnia to extreme environments such as low oxygen, high salinity, and intense UV radiation
B) Formation and evolution of prototypic chromosomes in Daphnia
C) Mechanisms of obligate parthenogenesis in Daphnia and its impact on invasion
D) Phenotypic plasticity of Daphnia
E) Interaction between Daphnia and its microbiota
