2.慢性疾病的分子调控及与干预机制研究
聚焦代谢相关活性分子在疾病中的分子调控机制,旨在揭示肿瘤治疗响应和血管稳态调控的基本规律。我们利用肿瘤细胞和血管内皮模型,系统研究短链脂肪酸等代谢活性分子在调控细胞命运、表观遗传重塑及功能稳态方面的作用。通过结合转录组学、蛋白质组学、表观遗传学和细胞功能实验,实验室探索代谢干预对肿瘤敏感性增强及高糖相关血管损伤修复的机制。
