1. 合成生物学与绿色生物制造:基于体外合成生物学理念,设计并构建高效的人工多酶级联体系。通过反应路径的理性设计与系统优化,实现高附加值化学品的绿色生物合成;
2. AI驱动的酶元件创制:利用人工智能(蛋白质语言模型等)与分子模拟技术,针对酶分子的活性、选择性及稳定性等关键性能瓶颈,创制高性能催化元件,并解析其构效关系;
3. 蛋白质演化机制:基于分子进化视角,探索蛋白质新功能的进化动力学路径与环境适应性机制;旨在揭示酶分子的变构调节规律,解析大自然的“设计规则”,为人工酶元件的理性设计提供理论支撑。
